why does ebay allow buyers to give low ratings on shipping charges that are the exact cost of the postage.

I have a question from this link , http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/listing-links.html shared by mr les.
"eBay doesn't allow links to non-eBay sites or content where other items are offered for sale".
->Where it says " ...or other content for sale".
Can I put links to ebay (half.cm) items for sale?for example:
"See my other [username] for my feedback rating [link]".
Or
"See my friends ebay store for great books [link]".

I am selling an item with the Make Offer option. I accept Pay Pal only. So how do I have them check out with the agreed upon price one I accept it?

I have some animated photos I would like to use in my litings, but the dont work. I have seen some in other peoples listings some time ago. Is there some trick I should know to make them work in my listing ?

i listed my item with the correct sizes and everything i also listed as not excepting any returns. . the buyer recievs it and sends a message that it doesn't fit like a meduim. do i have to issue a refund simply becuase its not the meduim she expected?

I accidently listed an item twice and am having trouble trying to end one of the listings. I have no bids on either listing but I do have several viewers for each listing.

I want to change my email preferences on a particular saved seller so that when new items are listed I am notified. I can't seem to find how to do this. This seller is listed in my saved searches only; not in my saved sellers. Do I need to change the category and then make the notification request that way?

Hi, I have a couple questions regarding a buyer I'm working with at the moment. I listed a cell phone that sold for $172.50, the winner had apparently sent an eCheck through paypal to pay for the item. Afterward I received a private messages from the buyer. She claimed to be having some difficulty using paypal to send instant payment to me and suggested that paypal was "trying" to send me payment in the form of an eCheck. She then asked me to cancel the transaction and send her an invoice...

I will add a picture when i get it but I come accross something very unique, possibly valuable OLD hepworth instrument sharpener,(Floreat.Sclopia) by W.H. Hepworth, 375 Broadway
Vancouver, B.C.as to labeling on bottom of machine. I think it is a dental sharpening machine. It is very neat and has a little motor and needs oiling.Must be from early 19"00s as markings and parts give indications. I love to know what and wht it is worth maybe to a collector?? thanks

Standard picture uploader works a few times, then won't. Then I get the exclamation mark in the center. Basic picture uploader takes forever. What am I supposed to do?

My friend's fiance passed away on Friday from a grand mal seizure. He wasn't yet 25 just starting out in life. He didn't have any life insurance. My friend is consiidering leaving college so she can use what little savings she has to pay for his funeral. I am looking for a better way for her. Does anyone know how the fund raiser/ benefit program works on Ebay? How can I get information/ donations etc..?

I bought 9 items from a seller and he doesn't want to change shipping charge. In discription of auction it states 1 to 20 items shipping is still $6.00. I want to pay the seller but he won't change it...I have requested it through paypal too on giving me a total price...What do I need to do now?
